It’s the mobile application for the taxi company where drivers have their own profiles, traffic tickets information, awards and a rating table. User interaction with the app is gamified: drivers complete the tasks and get credits and awards.

The goals were:

• increase taxi drivers motivation;
• attract new taxi drivers;
• minimize car downtime;
• manage cars and drivers;
• manage transactions and payouts;

We created a prototype which consisted of two parts:

• Administrative panel;
• Mobile app for the taxi drivers;
• "Scope of Work" document;

According to the "Scope of Work" document we created:

• back-end based on nest.js framework;
• front-end admin panel based on react-admin framework;
• mobile application using Flutter;
